Initial Meeting

Round the Clock Design will meet with you in person (local companies only), or by phone, to discuss your web site needs. We will become familiar with your business and goals. We will go over basic questions such as color scheme and layout. At the conclusion of this meeting we will be able to go forward to the Proposal Stage.


Proposal

After we have an idea of what you are trying to achieve a written estimate will be provided. When you decide to proceed with the site a retainer is needed to begin work.


Initial Design

Round the Clock Design will create mock-up versions of your web site. We will go over the designs and you can make changes to the site layout at this point. Once all changes have been made and approved the site will be created.


Final Design

It is at this point that you will see your web site take shape. Once your site has been designed and created it is time for you to make any final revisions to content. After any changes have been made your site will go live on the Internet!


Going Live on the World Wide Web

Once your site is ready to go live on the Internet, it will be uploaded to to your web host where it will be available to the world. Your website will then be submitted to most of the major search engines and directories.


Already have a website?

Round the Clock Design will update your outdated website to a more modern look and feel. The redesign process is identical to the process mentioned above. If you have a site that needs some content changes, but retain the existing look and feel we can do maintenance on your site! Please contact us for more information.


Pricing

Building a web site is much like building a house - there is no "one-size-fits-all" price. Each web site we design and build is different because the needs of each client are different.

Our pricing is based on a number of factors, such as the number of pages, what types of advanced functionality is to be included (e.g. e-commerce, secure user login), and what content services (such as copy editing and search engine optimization) are needed.

However, although it is not possible to say without talking to you that your site will cost X amount of $$$ we can provide general estimates based on our experience of building many web sites.
